Kevin (hereinafter referred to as "we") provides services to users (hereinafter referred to as "you") in accordance with this agreement. This agreement is legally binding for both you and us.
Content of Membership Subscription Services After subscribing to Pro services, you can continue to use the features of the membership during the corresponding service period.
1.1 Monthly, yearly, and lifetime membership services After activating the monthly, yearly, or lifetime service, you will have a service period of one month, one year, or lifetime respectively.
1.2 Continuous monthly and annual services After confirming your purchase, the payment will be charged to your iTunes account. If you purchase a monthly or annual Pro subscription, it will be automatically renewed, and your iTunes account will be charged within 24 hours before expiration. Before that, you can cancel the subscription in [Settings] -> [iTunes Store and App Store] -> [Apple ID].
Paid Services
2.1 You understand and agree that the membership subscription service is a paid service, and this app will charge you for the use of internet value-added services. You can view the specific period and corresponding fees of the membership subscription service on the relevant service page and choose the type of service by yourself. After enabling the membership subscription function, regardless of whether you actually use the service or access the electronic content during the corresponding service period, the paid fees are non-refundable.
2.2 You understand and agree that we have the right to independently decide and revise from time to time the charging standards and rules related to the membership subscription service. Such standards and rules take effect immediately upon publication and constitute an effective part of this agreement. If you do not agree with the aforementioned standards, rules, and revisions, you have the right to stop using the membership subscription service. Your continued use of the membership subscription service shall be deemed as your acceptance of the relevant content.
Disclaimer We have the right to independently decide the specific content of the membership subscription service according to product plans and operational circumstances, and have the right to add or remove electronic content based on copyright issues, or suspend or terminate part of the membership subscription service. The aforementioned decisions take effect without notice, and you agree that we are not liable for this.
